Lauren Lopez is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Community for Condé Nast. Lauren leads the talent strategy across the organizations iconic brands and oversees inclusion & community efforts, including employee resource groups and external partnership activities. Lauren also plays an important role in the development of workplace culture initiatives that promote collaboration, transparency and innovation at all levels of the organization.
Lauren joined Conde Nast in September 2017 from NBCUniversal where she held progressive management positions on the Talent Acquisition team since 2015 and prior was a Business Partner for NBC News, Broadcast and Digital. Earlier in her career at McGraw Hill Financial and Bloomberg she built capabilities across a variety of HR disciplines to include retention, diversity and talent development.
In addition to her “day job” Lauren is pursuing a professional coaching certification with a focus on community advancement and workplace inclusion. The ability to impact change through career coaching is directly aligned to her passion of eliminating barriers in today’s workforce. Playing the role of a vessel that carries motivated talent to their path and purpose is what Lauren deems most rewarding about her work.
